Into the Dark

The U.S. Postal Service came to use to help them create a folio to mount and celebrate their unusual creatures that glow in the dark. This collection of bioluminescent creature stamps were from stamp releases in 2000 and 2018. To achieve the glowing effect, the parts of the creatures that would glow were done in iridescent foil.
