Tiny Kitchen Landscapes

These seemingly surreal landscapes are a bit deceiving. Not only are they miniature, but they are also made out of items you would find around the house. What sprang from an accident in the kitchen, is now on exhibit in the Saatchi Gallery in London.Photographer Luke Evans apparently spilled some flour on the floor of his kitchen while baking, and was amazed how the spill looked like a tiny little landscape. That was enough to spark the idea, and pretty soon he began experimenting with all types of materials, and taking photographs of them.
