If you are like the majority of people around this time of year (including myself), you have been participating in a little bit of overindulgence. And with the Holidays almost here, it is just going to get worse. Food mania has definitely peaked with the bacon obsessed foodies of modern society, and the book Taste: The Infographic Book of Food, takes a look at the stats and facts of our life force.Taste was written by Laura Rowe, illustrated by Vicki Turner and art directed by Melissa Smith.
