Watercolor Landscapes by Michelle Morin

We have found that where you live and travel to, highly influences the artwork style and subject matter that you create. This seems to be true for most artists, and is especially true for painter Michelle Morin. Morin, who lives on the seacoast of New Hampshire and travels to other coastal locales, paints ethereal landscapes and portraits of sea birds.Michelle Morin is a horticulturalist and painter. She uses a combination of watercolor and gouache on her painting. All of her work has a common theme of nature, and "she works to convey the beauty and complexities of nature using texture, pattern, and narrative elements throughout her work."
