Esther Aarts's Art

I have been intrigued by the work of Esther Aarts for some time now. Each time I discover new work from her, at first glance, I never can tell if it was an illustration from the 50s or today. Her illustration style has such a great mid-century modern cartoon vibe. And as great as she is at colorful, graphic illustrations, she has a fantastic, more intricate pen and ink style as well.Esther's runs a one-person design and illustration studio in the Netherlands called Esta. At the moment her store isn't available, but keep an eye out because she has some amazing prints you will want to buy.
